Bandon Parish Assembly is planting spring bulbs in the Church Steps area. This is part of a regeneration of the area.
On Saturday November 11th children who will be making their First Communion next year, helped with the planting of the bulbs. The weather was good on the morning and many bulbs were planted. The children had great fun. Afterwards there was pizza and treats provided at the Parish Centre by the Parish Council and Tidy Towns Committee.
Hopefully there will be a lovely display of flowers next spring.
