On Monday June 11th we had our Graduation for Sixth Class.

The stage was up, the hall was decorated, the Parents Association had the teas and cakes prepared, the pizzas were ordered and all was set for the night. Only the weather, didn’t co-operate with plenty of heavy rain during the evening. Nevertheless we had a  great night.

The occasion was all about the sixth class and they had it all very well prepared. They shared their memories of their time in Laragh, brought up symbols of many events at Laragh and read poems about their time in school. The Parents Association presented all the pupils with their graduation certificate, pen and autograph book.

So then it was pizza for the Sixth class, teas and cakes for the parents and treats for the siblings. Lots of chat and remembering. Eight years earlier on the very same date, these children had come to their infant morning in Laragh. Now they move on to new challenges and we wish them the best of luck.
