On Monday morning, bright and early, we had the pleasure of a visit from Jack Crowley, the Munster out-half with the URC cup, recently won by Munster. Jack is from Innishannon and played rugby for Bandon RFC and Bandon Grammar School before becoming a star for Munster and Ireland.
All the pupils gathered in the hall and many were wearing their rugby colours to show their support. The children asked many interesting questions which Jack answered very well. Jack also presented our girls Sciath na Scol football winning team with their medals.
We would like to thank Jack very much for his visit, for presenting the medals, standing for photos and of course for being such an excellent player for Munster and Ireland!
