On Thursday December 21st, we were treated to a great viola concert in our school hall. Elaine Kenny (ETB music teacher) teaches viola to 9 pupils in Laragh school every Thursday. Today they gave us a taste of what they have learned this year. They all played some lovely pieces accompanied by Antionette Baker on keyboard. It was a lovely occasion and you would have to admire the young musicians who stand up on the stage and play so beautifully. Well done everyone!
Thanks to all the parents who came to watch the performances, to Antoinette for her accompaniment and of course to Elaine to her work with the pupils this year and in preceding years. It is great that pupils have the opportunity to learn the viola in our school.
