Always, one of the most bittersweet moments at the end of the year is saying goodbye to the sixth class, especially this class.

The Sixth class pupils of Laragh N.S. marked the completion of their eight years at Laragh N.S. School with their Graduation ceremony with their families at the school on June 13th last. They will be leaving us soon and heading off into the next exciting chapter of their lives. The Graduation Ceremony was about looking back at their time in primary school and also looking forward to what is to come.

We had music and songs from Sixth class themselves, symbols to remind us of all that sixth class had done and achieved during the year.  So much growing done and eight years gone so fast!

On behalf of the Parents Association, Kathleen Tobin presented each pupil with a pen and autograph book and then it was time for tea and cakes.

Many thanks to Fr. John Kingston for attending and his kind words.

The class of 2022 is a great class and we will miss them very much. We hope they have fond memories of Laragh and that they will come back to visit us from time to time.
