The 1st and 2nd classes had a great time on their The 1st and 2nd classes had a great time on their school tour last Wednesday at West Cork Secret Garden. They spent the day doing team challenges, orienteering, obstacle courses, go-karting, mini-golf and the all-time favourite: the big slide. They also enjoyed some lovely pizzas for lunch 🍕 🪵🛝 Lots of muddy kids with happy smiles!

We were so lucky that the weather cooperated and the 6th Class organised a fantastic day with the assistance of Mr. McSweeney and Ms. Gleeson. Thank you to everyone who contributed toys, games, books and baking and everyone that helped to make this day the success that it was! Roll on Fun Day 2026! 🎉👏

5th and 6th class had a brilliant time on their sc 5th and 6th class had a brilliant time on their school tour to Oysterhaven in Kinsale. They had great fun kayaking, swimming and jumping in the mud😀
We were so lucky with the weather today for our Te We were so lucky with the weather today for our Teddy Bears Picnic! The bears had lots of fun today in school, they learned some Gaeilge this morning, kept an eye on their owners while they did some handwriting and they even tried out our climbing wall!
3rd & 4th class had an unforgettable day today on 3rd & 4th class had an unforgettable day today on their school tour at the Lagoon Adventure Centre. They had so much fun on the Water park, followed by kayaking & SUP , finishing with a round of crazy golf. A day filled with fun, laughter, and memories to last a lifetime.

Laragh NS had a fantastic day in MTU yesterday at Laragh NS had a fantastic day in MTU yesterday at Cork City Sports. Both our boys and girls gave outstanding performances on the field and on the track . The day was filled with success and some incredible victories—we are so proud of everyone who took part! Over 11 Relay Teams Boys (Callum, Daragh, Liam & Ben) -1st 🏆 Girls (Claire, Kate, Lauren & Amy) –1st 🏆 Individual Races 1st : Amy, Tymek & Liam 🥇 2nd : Claire, Cara & Ben 🥈 3rd : Logan, James & Daragh 🥉 Well Done everyone 🎉
